I was hoping the cops would get there before the situation grew worse but he got back in his car and came at me head on in my lane this time not just to run me off the road but to ram me. I sped away backwards around a corner just narrowly avoiding being hit by this person during which time the 911 operator told me to leave the area as quickly as possible. Than the call ended with the operator saying that there are no patrols in the area at the moment but that she will send somebody out to that area to see if they happen to see him. Now my question is with a description of the car, the driver, and the licence plate number can I look this person up and file charges of attempted assault or anything at all on him myself or hire somebody to because I have a feeling that if I don't nothing will become of this with the information the police attained during the 911 call. The car is a newer model dark blue or silver colored Chrysler 300 with a licence plate number 5NWC223. The driver was white possibly Hispanic male with dark short hair, around the age of 25, 200 lbs, between the height of 5'8 and 6 ft (and is quite frightening when he is charging at u with a two by four with nails on the end at 11 o'clock at night) all this because I merged in front of him when a two lane road came down to one just before a stop light.kschmidt620http://www.blogger.com/profile/13351926295728075586noreply@blogger.com
